"Octonaga", by Anita R. Collins
Octonaga is completly handsculpted out of polymer clay.
She would be 11 inches tall if standing.
One day walking at the beach during low tide I heard small, plaintive cries. I came
upon this tiny octonaga only 11" flailing in the sand. Id never seen such
a creature! She wore tiny cuffs on her cold wet tentacles that coiled and gripped
on my fingers. Surprised and intrigued I saw she also wore gold stud nipple rings
and a tiny belly chain clasped her waist.
I saw that gills under her ribs gasped
heavily. She was so afraid, I hadn't the heart to hold her any longer. I freed her into
the welcoming sea. I saw her blond head bob looking back at me for a moment before
she flashed away. Excited I came back to my studio to sculpt while the image was
still fresh!
All of my creations are one of a kind (OOAK) and born of my
imagination. She is discreetly signed with my initials A.R.C, certificate of authenticity upon request.
